The following rules apply to all tenants who reserve our rooms and stay with us. We have the right to refuse to offer our accommodation to a paid tenant if there is insufficient evidence to prove their legal existence in the country such as passport and visa. We will issue a full refund for these bookings, less transaction fee and/or commission paid to relevant third parties.
